What Affects the Cost of Your Renovation

We don't publish set prices for renovations, since a bathroom refresh and a full home renovation are very different jobs. The main variables are the scope of the renovation (one room versus the whole house), whether structural, plumbing or electrical changes are involved, the specification level of fixtures and finishes, and whether council consent is needed for your project.
